Jihee Aoki is the sole founder and CEO of Aoki Head Spa. With a deep passion for wellness, beauty, and holistic care, she established Aoki Head Spa to introduce a premium head spa and scalp therapy experience to the U.S. market. Her vision is to build a trusted, transformative brand that blends relaxation, science, and tradition.

Before launching her business in the U.S., Mrs. Aoki worked as a model and actress in South Korea, where she experienced the finest in luxury beauty and wellness services. Inspired by those experiences, Mrs. Aoki created Aoki Head Spa to offer the kind of care she herself would want to receive—elegant, effective, and truly rejuvenating.

Having personally struggled with various scalp issues, Mrs. Aoki found healing through organic, natural methods rooted in traditional Korean herbal medicine. Her passion deepened when her teenage daughter also began experiencing scalp problems caused by hormonal changes—and found relief through the same gentle, holistic approach. This personal journey led Mrs. Aoki to develop Aoki Head Spa’s signature philosophy: blending modern scalp therapy with nature-based care that truly works.

Motivated by a desire to share her knowledge and experiences with others, Mrs. Aoki founded Aoki Head Spa not only to serve clients, but to build a community centered around wellness, beauty, and education.

Under her leadership, the first Aoki Head Spa opened on the border of Frisco and McKinney, Texas, followed by a second location in Plano. A third location in Southlake is set to open soon, with plans for continued nationwide expansion. Mrs. Aoki oversees every aspect of the brand—from service innovation and product development to branding and franchising strategy—ensuring an elevated and consistent experience at every location.
