Meet with our in-house dermatologist, Dr. Chung, for a personalized consultation to address your hair loss concerns. Identify the root causes of your hair loss and receive scientifically proven, customized solutions. Our approach is tailored to both male and female hair loss, incorporating scalp assessments, nutritional evaluations, and non-invasive treatments to promote hair regeneration.
Cancellation Policy
✔︎24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Aoki Head Spa, we understand that life can be busy and unexpected things happen. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled treatment. If you cancel within the 24-hour period or do not arrive for your scheduled service, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. If the price of your scheduled service is less than 50% of the service price, you will only be charged the remainder of the full service price. Because we are reserving the room and service provider time, if you do not arrive at your appointment and have not cancelled your service within the 24-hour cancellation period, we will need to charge the full service price to the payment method on file to ensure our employees are properly compensated for their time. ✔︎Group Cancellation Policy For groups of 3 or more guests, we require a notice of one week for cancellation of treatments.
